Important Note:
*Extending diskspace required server to be reboot.
*Once diskspace extended, it cannot be revert/reduce.
Please find these steps to extend server dskspace:
1. Login to your Readyspace Customer Portal
2. Click the Services drop down menu at the left bar of the screen
3. and select the appropriate subscription (Ex: Cloud Server SG, Cloud Server US, Cloud Server MY, Cloud Server HK )
4. Click on the Server that you want to extend diskspace under Product/services.
5. Click on Storage and Backup.
Take note that for Windows server, you need to extend it manually in your Windows Disk Management as well.
1. Press Win + R
2. Type diskmgmt.msc → Enter.
3. Find the disk and partition you want to expand.
4. You should see something like: C: 500 GB | Unallocated 150 GB
5. Right-click the partition (e.g. C:) → Extend Volume.
6. Follow the wizard and select the amount of unallocated space to add.
7. Click Finish.
